Mix some Himalayan Salt and organic raw honey and consume it every night. You will notice improvements in the quality of your sleep; you won’t wake up in the middle of the night anymore and won’t feel cranky in the morning.
The two ingredients:
- 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 5 tsp raw honey
