Lack of sleep, excessive exposure to ultraviolet rays and antioxidants deficiency- all lead to wrinkles. However, there is a natural solution which can restore skin youth. We all know that the weapons against aging can be expensive and some of them painful.
Today we offer you an anti aging facial mask that can be easily made at home, with natural ingredients that you can find in any store. Cornstarch facial mask can successfully replace those painful Botox injections. The effect is immediate.
To prepare such a mask you need:
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 5 tablespoons of carrot juice
– 1 tablespoon yogurt
– water
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 5 tablespoons of carrot juice
– 1 tablespoon yogurt
– water
Start by mixing a spoon of starch with half a glass of cold water. Separately, heat 400 ml of water. Add cornstarch and boil until the mixture becomes a thick paste. Put the mixture aside and leave it to cool.
After the mixture has cooled add the carrot juice and the yogurt. Mix well.
The mask should be applied on clean skin, in a thick layer and should be left for 15-25 minutes. Rinse the skin with warm water and then moisturize it with your favorite cream.
If you have dry skin you can substitute yogurt with a tablespoon of face cream.
For long-term effect, the facial mask should be applied three times a week. Starch facial mask refreshes the skin, reduces wrinkles and makes the skin become firmer, more elastic and smooth. Source: womenremedies.com
Obviously no one has tried it to say if it works.
ReplyDeleteYou start by saying, "Start by mixing a spoon of starch with half a glass of cold water". Not sure what kind of starch you mean. Starch you use on your clothes? Not criticizing, just wondering because I want to try this.
ReplyDeleteI would think she means the cornstarch.
DeleteIs it really works?
ReplyDeleteYour directions are confusing to me. Does one add the first starch/water mixture to the 400 ml? Thank you.
