Ingredients
10 drops of lavender essential oil
10 drops of chamomile essential oil
4 ounces of magnesium essential oil
Preparation
Put the essential oils in a spray bottle, then shake it well and it’s ready! Spray some on your feet 10 minutes before going to bed, and you will be able to fall asleep fast.
