ReplyDeleteI don't agree with this recipie as it says to use 30 drops of some essential oil. First of all even though your not going to swallow this paste, not all essential oils are ment to be used internally and if you are not educated on essential oils this recipie could be potentially dangerous if the wrong oil is use. To say " Use 30 drops of some essential oil (key word SOME) is very general and vague. A food grade essential oil should be used as these are safe to use internally. Please do your research before just using any essential oils internally.
