Hair removal can be a very expensive part of our body care routine, but it is something that all us ladies take part in regularly. Forget about it ! The ripping out of our hair from our bodies doesn’t have to be so expensive!

There is an inexpensive Homemade sugar vax recipe that you can use .Sugar wax, sugaring or Persian waxing, whatever you want to call it , is an old, tried and true way to wax, naturally . You will only needthree ingredients to create the sugar wax for sugaring purposes !!!
Benefits :
- Sugaring is safer than regular waxing because the mixture sticks to your hair and not to your skin.
- Less painful than regular waxing because you can apply sugar wax against the direction of hair growth and then remove in the opposite direction using your fingertips. ( in regular waxing the wax is applied in the direction of hair growth and then ripped out in the opposite direction)
- The mixture is easily washed off, it should not irritate the skin since all ingredients are natural. If you have sensitive skin, then test an area before sugaring.
- The wax is totally reusable so stick the leftover portion in plastic and put it in the fridge. 10 seconds in the microwave will be enough when you want to use it later.
Ingredients:
2 cups of sugar (white/granulated)
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup water
How to do it :
- Mix the ingredients together and cook over the stove on high.
- Allowthe mixture to thicken and turn golden-brown. Keep stirring with a spoon making sure the sugar crystals dissolve .
- The mixture will start to bubble a little. When you see this start to happen reduce the heat to medium and keep stirring.
- Within roughly eight minutes, it will thicken considerably and take on a syrupy consistency. Be careful not to let it burn.
- Watchas the mixture turns a darker brown, turn off the heat, and let the forming wax cool for a couple of minutes.
- Test it with a spoon. It should be hard enough to spread and sticky enough to pull since this type of wax is used with your fingertips.
- Apply where desired and pull in the opposite direction of hair growth
- If it hardens too much you can microwave it. If you want to use this with wax strips instead, then warm it up so that it is thinner than honey consistency and then use a spatula or popsicle stick to spread the sugar wax and use cotton cloth strips to take the wax off.
The sweetness of this sugar wax cannot be denied: it’s sticky, like toffee, and the color of caramel. It’s also effective, cheap, and non-harmful.
You must try this at home ! You will never regret it !
